fairhope. a small, quaint town; very lovely and full of character. however, after a while, the locals have to let their creative juices start flowing because when you do the usual too many times each day or night, well, it tends to become monotonous. my friends and i (becca and shaley, specifically) made it a goal to start doing things that we usually don't do. i'd say we've done a pretty good job at accomplishing this goal!
this past thursday night, shay and i met up at coffee loft with cards and instant coffee. now, i usually refrain from the instant coffee due to the...unique flavor, but, this stuff is good you guys! so, with at-home coffee, mugs and playing cards at hand, we picked our table and made ourselves at home; because really, coffee loft is the most homey spot. it was such a genuinely fun night spent with one of my bests.
razzles, competitiveness, coffee, laughter and conversation made for a new, memorable thursday night. and for that, i am thankful. stay creative, friends.
